We hope you and your girl love your hy. pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair or damage
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned in their original packaging where possible
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
Need a different size? No problem.
If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to offer an exchange for an alternative size (subject to availability). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the process.
If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or we've accidentally sent the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where applicable. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Costs
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
